The plugin reads the .nex package from the ShotBook app together with your footage folder, then lays the scenes out on the timeline in script order and trims to the circled takes.
Double-click the downloaded .ccx file. Creative Cloud installs the plugin; if it warns about the plugin source, choose Install.
Restart Premiere Pro and choose Window › UXP Plugins › ShotBook Rough Cut.
Select the .nex package exported from the app and your footage folder, then click Build timeline.
Clips and the sequence go into a ShotBook · project name bin. Each scene gets a marker, and the scene list in the panel jumps straight to it.
For the plugin to find the right clips, log the clip number of each take in the app during the shoot, for example C0012 or KEN0005. Scenes without clip numbers are matched by timecode when the cameras are jam-synced.
Use this if double-clicking the .ccx file does nothing.

Restart Premiere Pro. In Creative Cloud › Stock & Marketplace › Plugins, check that the plugin is installed and enabled. Premiere Pro 25.2 or later is required.
The plugin only accepts .nex packages exported from the ShotBook app. Export the package again from the latest version of the app; modified files cannot be opened.
The clip numbers logged in the app must match the file names on the camera cards, and the source folder must contain the cards from every camera.
For music videos, syncing footage to the track requires the ShotBook Cut tool on the editing machine. Contact kientrong@nexpicture.com for setup.
In Creative Cloud › Stock & Marketplace › Plugins, choose ShotBook Rough Cut › Uninstall, or run the installer command above with --remove "ShotBook Rough Cut" (Windows: /remove).
The plugin is free. The ShotBook app on iPhone or iPad is needed to export .nex packages.
